Easy buy: Extended Vision

Throughout my childhood, there were always binoculars within arms reach of our dining table. We lived in the country, so my dad was constantly using them to watch birds, deer, or other various wildlife.

Elevation Changes Everything

After doing most of my hiking in Texas, I experienced a pretty big elevation shock after moving to Oregon. I could hike 15 miles easy in the desert and cactus.

What now?

I’m done. Like… officially done. My “internship” is over with. I’ve submitted my final assignments. I’m finally done with school. While this is extraordinarily relieving, it’s also causing a bit of panic for myself.

Just last weekend, I took Willow for a hike to Saddle Mountain. It was barely 5 miles roundtrip with a 1,640 foot elevation gain.
